Words of Wisdom from our Panel

“I feel like everything about how I live is about being curious… I just find people and their journeys fascinating.”

Kim DeYoung
Choice Coach, Entrepreneur, Author, Speaker

“When we move into pride, we’re actually stopping the evolutionary process because we believe that we know better. Taking the time to pause and activate enoughness from there invites the pride to dissipate and move into curiosity pretty quickly.”

Jennifer Urezzio
Founder of Soul Language

“Curiosity seems to be one of the watchwords of my whole life… I’m always asking, ‘What’s going on with you? What’s happening?'”

Carol Walkner
Energy Healer, Clairvoyant Medium, Narcissist-Slayer, Speaker, Coach

“Put on your wonder goggles and be curious about what’s going on for yourself and around you.”

Anita Adams
Life & Leadership Coach, Founder of Joyful Inspired Living, Podcast Host, Speaker, Author

“Curiosity has always helped me not get stuck… It allows you to be in the perspective of other people.”

We discussed the crossroads of where CURIOSITY and many other perspectives meet

I’m your host, Donna Cravotta. We dove into the theme of curiosity and exchanged ideas and experiences that underscored the transformative power of staying curious.

Through stories, conversations, real-life experiences, and contributions from the LIVE audience, the discussion covered many ways that leading and living through the lens of curiosity informs everything.

  • Cultivating curiosity invites personal growth and leads to joy, insight, connection, and confidence. Embracing curiosity opens up new possibilities, fosters creativity, and leads to finding hidden potential.
  • Courage is an integral part of curiosity as it requires us to step outside our comfort zones and ask deeper questions. Overcoming fear and embracing vulnerability allows for meaningful exploration and self-discovery.
  • Surrounding oneself with curious and supportive people enhances personal growth. Engaging in conversations and collaborations with others who have a passion for learning and exploration can spark new ideas and perspectives.
  • The process of writing a book is an exercise in vulnerability. Let your curiosity be a trusted guide. Ask and answer the questions honestly and in spite of the fear. It’s an invaluable opportunity for self-healing and growth beyond what you can imagine and your stories will inspire and alter the lives of your readers.
  • Nature and mindful walks provide an opportunity to ignite curiosity and self-discovery. Taking the time to appreciate beautiful surroundings and reflect on personal values and desires can lead to clarity and inspiration.

The collective wisdom gathered around the panel sparked not just conversation but potential transformations. Thank you to all who contributed, listened, and shared—this panel embodies the places curiosity can take us, especially as we navigate the enriching terrain of life post-50.
