What do you do and why do you do it?

My greatest joy is in connecting with all people about their choices: whether we’re exploring their personal or professional choices, delving into the depths of their past experiences, or dissecting their present decisions. The more candid and heartfelt our conversations, the more profound the insights we uncover, and the happier I am.

These dialogues are not just meaningful; they are deeply interconnected, and the outcomes resonate not only with those involved, but those who listen who can always find a relatable nugget. I feel incredibly blessed that I’ve amassed extensive knowledge and boundless passion for everything choice-related, a topic that holds significance for people of all ages and backgrounds.

What changed for you after age 50?

I got very clear that I MUST do work that’s purpose-filled. I got very clear that how I show up in all situations is in my control.

What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?

Have more fun. Meaningful conversations are what matter. Be present no matter who you’re speaking with. Make eye contact!

What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?

I’d say I wished I didn’t worry about things that are inconsequential. I would remind myself that I was a really good mother.

What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?

Increased visibility would be a game-changer for me and my biz. My message centers around the power of making intentional choices, so by reaching a broader audience, I have the potential to influence and transform more lives positively.

With greater visibility, I can inspire and empower more people to embrace intentional decision-making, ultimately contributing to a better world. (This feels HUGE!)

Who or what inspires you and why?

I am deeply inspired by the choice work and conversations I’ve been having with my 24 year old son and his friends for the past 2 1/2 years. To be let into the inner workings of their thoughts and issues, and be able to play a role in supporting them to think differently, which they’re passing onto their friends, is so meaningful to me.

“Everything is a choice. You could have said no. You could not have acknowledged it, so you chose to step in. And there’s the power.”
