What do you do and why do you do it?

I’m passionate about understanding why people act the way they do and using my experience to uplift and support women as a whole. I strongly believe that the world thrives when feminine and masculine energies are in greater balance. I’m also dedicated to helping organizations embrace change and unlock the potential of an economy rooted in abundance.

What changed for you after age 50?

Turning 50 brought a sense of freedom and the space to finally prioritize myself.

What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?

I would tell my younger self to trust her instincts and believe in her abilities, rather than seeking validation from the outside world.

What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?

At the end of my life, I hope to feel that I’ve lived it well and fully.

What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?

For organizations, increased visibility drives awareness and demand generation. For women, visibility transforms the very foundation of society, shifting the patriarchal model toward a more sustainable future for our planet.

Who or what inspires you and why?

I’ve been inspired by my colleague, Runa Bouius, who consistently embodies a mindset of continuous learning.
