Simplifying Small Businesses with Coaching, Processes, Automation & Websites
About me
Paula Gregorowicz, owner of The Paula G. Company LLC, inspires others to create momentum and progress on things that are most important to them (but not urgent in their day to day). She does this by helping service-based business owners streamline and simplify the way they work so they can grow in a relaxed, expansive way.
Paula’s work is the essence of more than thirty years of experience and education: from BS in Accounting to corporate America to entrepreneur and business owner, spiritual and coach training, and eclectic life experiences. She is a formally trained coach, published writer, and passionate photographer. She’s authored many articles for online and print publications and her book Open to Your Intuitive Intelligence: Reflections on Nature and Wisdom.
Great stuff not only gets started with Paula but it gets finished!

What do you do and why do you do it?
I love guiding small business owners and professional women to design the life and business they TRULY want instead of what they think they should want or were told to want. I do that by helping them tap into what is uniquely their “whys” and ways of being in the world and then streamlining and simplifying their business to make the space for what is important to them (vs putting out fires and dealing with the “urgent” all the time). A combination of self-leadership, systems/processes, and a solid ground on which to build lives in the sweet spot of inner awareness and practical action.
I want people to get around to what they truly seek.
Be the compass you seek is what I say in my Substack – “The Nature of Things” – It’s a lifelong journey. Using that as a “come from” in business makes a big difference.
What changed for you after age 50?
After 50 I’ve been a lot less willing to follow a path someone else says I “should” unless it comes from my own inner knowing and inner compass and feels aligned.
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
Stop listening to people who aren’t worthy of your trust or honor who you are. Relax a little… it will all work out and it is messy from time to time.
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
Good job – you didn’t keep waiting for “someday” to do the important things
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
More visibility means a greater pool of people that can self-select as to whether they resonate with the person behind the business (in this case, me) — it takes the pressure off of “I have to fit in” or “they have to like me” because the people who will resonate are out there and the further the visibility and reach, the more likely this can organically happen.
Who or what inspires you and why?
Nature – being out in nature, backpacking or kayak touring for days where there’s no cell service, no tech, no demands other than get from point A to point B, don’t die, be present, and take care of core needs is freeing. Magic abounds and life and spirit can slip into that rhythm of real life (not the manufactured one we seem to live in day to day)
