LeeAnn Marie Webster is the creator of the Regret Release Method and the No Regrets, No Limits Weekend. She is an attorney turned international Keynote speaker, Moth StorySLAM winner, and entrepreneur with 20+ years’ experience in coaching, marketing, and business development in a range of industries.
Her first national TV appearance was as a contestant on MTV’s Remote Control. Since then, her entrepreneurial insights have been featured in NBC, The Huffington Post, The Los Angeles Times, and dozens more.
She is an Ironman triathlon finisher and recently summited Mount Kilimanjaro. LeeAnn is the creator and star of Fancy Meeting Me Here, her inspirational one woman show.
What do you do and why do you do it?
I work with women leaders who want to stop putting off the BIG goals (that really matter) so they can live with no regrets and no limits.
What changed for you after age 50?
I became much more confident in who I am and the gifts I bring to the world. I also committed myself to follow my dream of being a leader in the personal development space (vs continuing with a very profitable, yet unfulfilling, business).
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
Chill – it’s all going to be amazing, just enjoy the ride. Also, appreciate your thighs – they will never look as good as they look right now.
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
I’m proud of you – you had guts and took chances that didn’t make sense to anyone but you. And you made a difference in the world.
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
Increased visibility means impacting more people and “turning their lights on” (IOW helping them to see the power they have to create life on their terms). In addition, visibility generates more followers and more speaking gigs, which generates more leads and revenue.
Who or what inspires you and why?
My dear friend, coach, and mentor Michelle Villalobos inspires me. She is very smart, driven, and kind. She is constantly reading books and talking to experts to expand her knowledge and awareness and to improve personally and professionally. And she cares deeply about her friends, family and clients. Finally, she has an incredible ability to see the possibilities in those who work with her.
