What do you do and why do you do it?

I am deeply committed to the elevation of women and serve as a catalyst, truth-seeker, and way-maker for women who realize their life is no longer aligned with who they are now. Women who recognize that something isn’t working; and that it’s time to reimagine what’s possible, commit to what matters most, and determine what needs to change to create a life of peace, freedom and joy.

I’m not your average coach. I work with smart, savvy and sophisticated women who find themselves in the hard and messy parts of life, where we all rumble with what it really means to be alive.

One of the best parts of my work is to invite women to embrace their limitless potential and design a life around what matters most.

What changed for you after age 50?

Everything!

What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?

Trust yourself, speak your truth, let go fast of whatever is not working for you.

What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?

You loved life aligned to your truth, you loved hard all of the people that meant the most to you. You had impact on people’s lives one person at a time.

What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?

I’ll be able to support many more women.

Who or what inspires you and why?

Being in the mountains inspires me because they offer me a place to be held and a new perspective no matter how I am feeling.
