What do you do and why do you do it?

I am an integrative health and nutrition coach, personal trainer, yoga instructor, and all things supporting women through the menopause transition and beyond! I am passionate about health and lifestyle medicine, especially for women in mid-life. I believe we have a new lease on life once we pass over the threshold of menopause. It is my goal to help women at this stage of life to develop their optimal healthy living system so that they can thrive and live an active healthy life for decades to come!It is important to me because of my own close call with death in the perimenopause transition and the need for me to learn how to take care of my body and mind in a new and healing way.

What changed for you after age 50?

I realized I did not benefit from the lifestyle habits that had served me in my 20s and 30s. I had to develop my own personal health roadmap.

You have needed every step of this journey to get you to this place, Embrace where you are and what is coming next.

What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
