Karen Rae is the founder of Fave, a dynamic platform dedicated to empowering women through the #Celebrating1mWomen initiative, igniting feminine power. Inspired by her own transformative journey navigating divorce, re-entering the workforce after 27 years as a stay-at-home mom, and other unexpected life challenges.
Karen is passionate about creating a supportive community where women can share their stories of bravery, connect with like-minded individuals, and cultivate personal and professional growth.

What do you do and why do you do it?
I create space for women to be Celebrated, tap into their boundless potential to shine, and share their brilliance.
Why? I was invisible in my own life and decided to show up, be vibrant, and use my God-given talents to bring amazing women together to make an impact.
What changed for you after age 50?
Everything! My lifestyle, my family, my relationships, and how I show up! I started Fave in my 50s as a passion project and monetized it at the age of 58 and created my new beautiful life.
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
Walk in the victory of Being YOU! You have a choice, education is power and surround yourself with amazing people.
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
Love is infinite and to share your love is the best thing you could ever do.
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
Celebrate more women and their feminine power to impact the world positively.
Who or what inspires you and why?
Meeting women for the first time and being curious about their passions and gifts inspires me to have a bigger vision and see the possibilities in life.
