What do you do and why do you do it?

The world is undergoing a period of huge transformation–we need more thought leaders and change makers. I provide the tools to show how to combine creativity, innovation, and true leadership skills to create the positive transformations we are looking for. It’s important to me to inspire, support, and encourage others to shine their light brighter because when we shine together, we drown out the darkness.

What changed for you after age 50?

Nothing–I just keep at it!

Keep going and don’t change a thing!

What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?

It’s been a blast.

Increased visibility can help attract more like-minded individuals.

Who or what inspires you and why?

What inspires me is working across multiple generations and watching individuals fulfill their greatest dreams. Why? Because when we learn to turn dreams into reality, we open up new worlds of possibilities for everyone.
