What do you do and why do you do it?
My life’s mission is to bring joy and laughter to our world through my stories and through encouraging others to find the funny in life’s mishaps and conundrums, which promotes overall health and wellness. Busy women often times spend their time caring for others, and their own self-care falls by the wayside. I help busy women build physical and emotional resiliency and work towards reaching their goals and dreams through the use of laughter, mindfulness, manifestation, and intention setting.
What changed for you after age 50?
I finally connected with likeminded women and started my authorship journey. Through this, I learned to believe in myself and found my true passion in life.
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
I would tell myself “You made a difference in the lives of others.”
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
I think increased visibility would lead others to learn my story and my mission.
Who or what inspires you and why?
I’m captivated by stories of individuals persisting in their dreams despite facing setbacks. Walt Disney’s unwavering dedication has been a constant inspiration. Yet, there’s a multitude of unsung heroes—be they renowned figures or local women artists, authors, and creators I’ve encountered at various events—who’ve demonstrated amazing resiliency and have achieved great success.
Something else I’d like to share
I am so proud to have the opportunity to inspire others and bring positivity to our world.
