Christine Campbell Rapin – 50
Business Mentor, Consultant, Owner of CLEAR Acceleration Inc.
About me
Christine Campbell Rapin is a business mentor, consultant, and owner of CLEAR Acceleration Inc. She has a no-nonsense approach to helping business owners create their client growth engine. By creating a clear business strategy and building the 3 non-negotiable business foundations, business owners can create consistently sustainable, profitable businesses.
What do you do and why do you do it?
I’m a business mentor who helps service-based business owners create a clear business strategy supported by the 3 non-negotiable business foundations to create a multiple six and seven figure business. I am so disheartened watching amazing people struggle to create significant income and impact through their business ventures simply because they are focusing on the wrong things or have been led astray by poor business advice. In the last 30 years, I have worked with more than 400 businesses to create a combined revenue of over 1 billion in revenue. I know how to create a thriving business, and so I choose to show up as a business mentor and strategic thinking partner to the change-makers. I’m always aware of what a privilege it is to ride shotgun on someone else’s dreams and help them build their business empire, and love that we become partners in pursuit of our big dreams.
What changed for you after age 50?
I’m rediscovering and embracing my worth and not letting small minds determine my future.
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
Stop waiting for permission or begging for a seat at a table that I don’t even want to be at. It’s time to create it for ourselves and to realize there is more than 1 way to define success. Stop playing by someone else’s rulebook.
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
Wow, I truly lived.
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
It is everything. We need to bring light into darkness and be the leaders we believe the world needs to be and that means getting visible for others seeking to exit the darkness.
Who or what inspires you and why?
All the women who see me and the value I bring – especially when I lose sight of this or feel disconnected from stepping into my potential. Those who have the courage to tell me to stop playing small and invite me to raise my standard and hold it high.
Something else I’d like to share
I believe business growth can be elegantly simple. It isn’t effortless and through focused effort in a path that lights our soul, infinite possibilities exist if we have the courage to show up.
