About me

Anastasia Lipske is the founder of Access Speakers, a booking agency for speakers and podcast guests. Having personally secured more than 1,700 engagements for her clients, she understands what it takes to get booked. Anastasia is well-versed in what speaker chairs and podcast hosts look for when seeking great speakers and guests. She also consults with business owners on how to improve their branding so that they are more likely to get booked. 

Additionally, she enjoys sharing best practices on how to make the most out of every talk or podcast interview and how to be the type of speaker or guest that chairs and hosts love. Anastasia’s enthusiastic personality and passion for speaking and guesting on podcasts inspire business owners to use one of the most powerful marketing tools out there: the voice! 

What do you do and why do you do it?

I believe that each person has a unique message to share with the world, and it is a disservice to others if we keep it to ourselves. By sharing our stories and expertise, we can bring value to others’ lives. Therefore, it is important for people to step out of their comfort zones and share from their hearts.

My role is to help individuals in getting their messages out to a larger audience. I assist them in booking podcast interviews or speaking engagements. Additionally, I work with them to develop a strategy that can help them maximize the impact and visibility of their interviews or talks.

What changed for you after age 50?

I have more confidence in myself and the value I bring to the world. I also feel more comfortable sharing my truth with others. Life is short…I want to get the most out of every moment I have. Honestly, I’m so much happier now that I’m older and wiser.

What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?

Your voice matters. Your truth matters. Your feelings matter. You are of value to the world.

What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?

To not sweat the small stuff. If you had saved your energy for the things that really mattered, you would have had an easier time in life and perhaps even had more impact than you did.

However, we cannot change the past, so we must let go of the things we wished we had done differently and find peace in the fact that we did our best with what we had and what we believed to be true at the time. Surrendering to this reality can be a beautiful thing!

What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?

Increased visibility for my business could bring to light the uniqueness of the services I offer therefore only those aligned with how I roll would be reaching out to work with me.

Who or what inspires you and why?

I am deeply motivated by every word of appreciation, gratitude, and recognition that I receive from others whom I have assisted in understanding the art of guesting and speaking, and getting them booked. In essence, when I receive compliments, it confirms that I am moving in the right direction and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

I feel incredibly honored to be a part of this project alongside almost 100 other amazing women who are making a positive impact on the world by simply being themselves and doing hard things.
