About me

Lisa Danforth is a guide for visionary women who are outwardly successful — but inwardly done with the push, the proving, and the pressure to be someone they’re not.

A six-time entrepreneur with over 30 years of lived experience, Lisa mentors high-capacity women who are quietly burning out beneath their brilliance. These are the women who’ve held it all together — until the truth becomes undeniable: something has to shift. Often in the midst of a major transition, her clients arrive polished yet tired, craving a business — and a life — that finally fits.

Lisa helps them return to clarity, reclaim their voice, confidence, and energy, and rebuild from a place of grounded wholeness.

Her approach is rooted in Radical Self-Trust — a philosophy and method that helps women shift from reactive achievement to resonant creation. Through deeply personalized strategy and grounded energetic guidance, she helps her clients release the hustle and performance — and start building from a foundation rooted in clarity, calm, and truth.

Known for her fierce compassion and calm precision, Lisa is the mentor women turn to when they’re ready to stop shape-shifting and start leading in a way that sustains — not consumes — them. She offers not just insight, but structure. Not just vision, but the scaffolding to build something that lasts.

Lisa is the creator of Quiet Audacity, a private six-part podcast series exploring the inner work of redefining success, reclaiming self-trust, and making space for what truly fits. She is also the founder of Tonique, an alcohol-free bar service in Vermont.

Her work invites women into a new paradigm of success — one where your business is built on your truth, your timing, and your terms, without apology.

What do you do and why do you do it?

At the heart of my work is this: I help women who look successful on the outside but feel quietly disconnected on the inside. They’ve poured themselves into careers, caregiving, and compromise — and now find themselves longing for clarity, impact, and a way of living and leading that finally feels like their own.

I guide them back to their own rhythm — using Radical Self-Trust and Human Design as tools for realignment — so they can build a business that reflects who they truly are, not who the world trained them to be.

I do this work because I’ve lived it. And because I believe that when a woman stops contorting for success and starts leading from truth, everything in her life begins to recalibrate — not just her business.

Because success isn’t worth it… if the cost is YOU.

What changed for you after age 50?

I stopped caring so much what others thought of me, my work, and my quirks…and started embracing who I am…with a whole lot less, let’s just say, ‘interest’ in their opinion.

What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?

Girl, you are so much more brilliant, dynamic, and wildly powerful than you think. Get out there and own it without apology, with confidence, and full of love. You’re here to change lives, now go do it.

What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?

Visibility has an immense impact. We can’t be successful in business without others…we can’t create impact or income without others. We need visibility, community, and connection not only for business success, but for self-growth.

Who or what inspires you and why?

Brené Brown. She tells it like it is, without apology, and is raw and real.

Something else I’d like to share.

This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve lived the high-functioning burnout — the polished exterior with the quiet ache and constant second-guessing inside. And I’ve lived the freedom that comes from building in alignment with my own design and unhooking from what others think. That’s why I do what I do: because I know what’s possible when a woman stops abandoning herself and starts leading from her truth, in her rhythm, making space for joy.

Without apology.
