If she can do this, so can you! Optimal Health is not complicated. You have more power than you’ve been led to believe.
What do you do and why do you do it?
I’ve lost too many friends and loved ones to cancer and chronic disease that is preventable. I want to change this trajectory for my children and grandchildren.
What changed for you after age 50?
My 28 year old daughter was diagnosed with the same cancer that took a 19 year old boyfriend and her grandmother and they wanted to use the same treatment that didn’t work 35 years earlier. I knew we had to do something differently.
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
Carpe Diem. Seize the Day, you only have this day and this moment to live life to its fullest
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
What took you so long?
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
Make a bigger difference in the world.
Who or what inspires you and why?
All of my clients inspire me with their wisdom and courage.
Something else I’d like to share
I feel and look better today than I did twenty years ago and so can you. Age is just a number. I know people who are 30 years old and act like they are 70. I know 70 year olds who act like they are 30. Which do you want to be? Your choices today matter and will determine who you become.
