About me
A certified sales trainer, Nancy Zare, Ph.D.. works with heart-centered, service-based, smart professionals who want to get clients in alignment with their values. She gives them insight into how buyers buy so they can adjust their communication style to match their prospects.
Nancy earned her master’s and doctorate from Boston College and is a former professor of social work. She is the author of six books, including an Amazon international bestseller.
Nancy resides in South Florida, is a student of spirituality and recovery, and volunteers as a foster family for the Farm Dog Rescue. Her secret desire is to go racing on the Autobahn. What do you do and why do you do it?
Helping others optimize their lives has been a driving force since I was a child.
My parents had a stormy marriage, and I wanted to help.
When I was 10 years old, I did an intervention that is now the basis for how I help people communicate in sales situations and get more clients. Speak the language of the other person. Specifically, use their value words.
Nothing gratifies me more than showing people how to read prospects’ buying or personality styles and shift what they say and do to match. I am fueld by the success of my clients when their business expands without being pushy, aggressive, or salesy.
I love how my contribution enables my community to provide more services to their clients and enhance their lifestyles.
What changed for you after age 50?
I had been flirting with being an entrepreneur for many years when I was younger. The lure of a steady income and work that I loved kept me as an employee. Golden handcuffs!
True feedom exists by taking responsibility for my life, my choices, and the results.
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
Claim your brilliance NOW! Get a coach and let go of the notion of DIY. The world wants you to succeed and will bring outstanding results when you align with your spiritual center.
