Transcriptions + Tool Recommendation
As this started to form into a master class, I thought why not introduce another tool I love to provide transcriptions.
NoteGPT does quite a few things, but I use it to create what I call transcriptions+. On one screen, there is: a replay, the transcription, a summary, highlights, and a mindmap. I recorded a brief video on how I use it.

Overview Podcast of Open HOuses + Methodology
One of the tools I demoed in the 11/7 Open House is Google NotebookLM. It’s a free tool in the Google AI suite. It’s a closed environment, upload your own resources and create content 100% in YOUR voice. One of the functions is to create a podcast episode – I uploaded the replays, the BeVisible.club webpage, and the 156 page workbook we use in BeVisible.club. The result? This 13-minute podcast does a really good job explaining what it is.

Magai is one of my favorite AI tools. For one low monthly price of $19 you have access to the pro versions of at least 20 text, image, and video AI tools. There is also a folder system for organization and the ability to save libraries of personas and prompts. Also great for teams.
Fable Book Clubs
Fable is an online book club. You can host book clubs for your books or someone else’s. Or join one. It’s free and really well done.

On the order form, there are payment plan options through third-party vendors who offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) options. You can learn more about them in this article by Stripe.

Do you offer refunds?
Because all content is available immediately upon joining, refunds aren’t offered.
What if I want additional strategy sessions?
Additional strategy sessions are available for purchase.
When are the group calls?
Unless otherwise noted. Group calls are held on the 1st Thursday from 2-3pm ET and the 3rd Monday from 1-2pm ET. All calls are recorded and available in Heartbeat, the membership platform.
How much time will this take?
That’s one of the questions I’m asked most often, and… it depends.
BeVisible.club isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters.
In our 1:1 strategy sessions, we take a close look at what you’re already doing, and often, that leads to simplifying. Letting go of things that don’t work or don’t feel good. The pressure to post nonstop. Chasing strategies that aren’t meant for you. Hiring someone to “do marketing” that never really lands.
The result of your first strategy session is a personal Visibility Plan, your custom roadmap for the work we’ll do throughout the year.
From there, we refocus your time and energy on building relationships, creating aligned content, and growing your business in ways that fit your goals.

Do I need to pay to access Heartbeat?

It’s set-up to support you and your business as you work through the various visibility strategies and have the ability to revisit parts of this content to keep up with the changes that will happen.
We are all at different stages of business, and due to the nature of the work, you will need to revisit parts of the content as your business and goals grow and change.
The good news is… this work is never done, the bad news… is this work is never done.
