What do you do and why do you do it?
With the understanding of living life fully gleaned from my journey of overcoming abuse, traumas, and limiting beliefs, I use wisdom, humor, candor, and a deep understanding of the subconscious to help others heal past bullshittery, challenge limiting beliefs, and create a life of joy and authenticity.
What changed for you after age 50?
Wisdom, baby, wisdom! My understanding of myself and the world has burst into such a rich, nuanced understanding of how we humans operate, how the world heals (macro as well as micro, i.e. planetary down to the cellular level).
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
1-Peace, love, and joy are all around you–hunt it out.
2-Suffering is unnecessary–you can grow without it.
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
You broke generational trauma and helped so many with theirs.
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
Growth in both myself as an entrepreneur and the number of people I can help.
Who or what inspires you and why?
Trees are amazing–they reflect how we humans are made (look at the network of branches and think about blood vessels–the trunk is the aorta, the branches are veins, and the littler branches are capillaries)
