About me
What do you do and why do you do it?
Sometimes I’m a mentor; sometimes a thinking partner, and other times I’m a trusted advisor. But what I really do is ask the deeper questions that uncover the insights to move into a new level of presence.
My clients range from founders, directors, and retired professionals who feel invisible, high-achieving women navigating divorce and losses, or regrets. They come for various reasons, but they all desire to expand into a new vision without fear that their most impactful years are behind them—despite the question many carry: Is it time to step aside or leave it to someone younger?
High-performing women can find themselves in a very lonely place. My clients don’t need a ‘coach.’ They need a Strategic Thinking Partner who provides them with a safe space to think out loud – someone who also refuses to allow them to stay within their limitations.
This matters deeply to me because I’ve seen how easily capable, accomplished women begin to question themselves at pivotal moments. I know what it means to stand at that crossroads, holding both experience and uncertainty. My work ensures they don’t navigate this alone and that they see their most powerful years are still unfolding.
Our sessions feel like candid conversations. We laugh, question old rules, and build tools to use immediately. My customized approach blends psychological insight with business strategy to toss out the “old rule book” and design a legacy that is unmistakably their own.
What changed for you after age 50?
After 50, I experienced a series of losses that made time feel finite in a way it hadn’t before. That changed me. I became more selective about my energy, more attentive to my health, started knocking off my ‘bucket list, and making more time for what really mattered.
What would you tell the 20 or 30-year-old YOU?
I would tell her: life doesn’t follow a linear path – Stay open, stay curious, and trust your inner voice. If it feels right, it often is.
What do you think you’ll tell yourself in retrospect at the end of your life?
Hopefully, I would tell myself that I was present and paid attention to what mattered. I am grateful for the good life I’ve lived, and I feel complete.
What impact do you think increased visibility can have on your business?
My business has primarily grown through word of mouth and referrals. Increased visibility allows me to expand that—reaching more women who are ready for meaningful change, creating aligned collaborations, and amplifying my impact.
Who or what inspires you and why?
My late mother-in-law has always inspired me: At 16, she arrived alone in New York, and by chance, a few years later, won enough money in the Irish Sweepstakes to return to Hungary and see her mother, one last time, before the family was killed in the Holocaust.
She went on to build a life in America—married, worked hard, raised her family, and contributed to the community, even when life was particularly hard. She experienced a stillbirth, serious health issues, financial challenges, and had every reason to harden, but instead, she remained open, loving, and deeply human for her entire life. I am forever grateful to have known her.
Something else I’d like to share
I am married to my soulmate; I’m the proud mother of two capable women and the grandmother of two sparkling souls who light up and enrich my life.
